I dreamed that I was at Perth station, walking through or waiting for a train. I saw a girl in a blue-grey jumper crossing the rails near a wall, and i was concerned that she was going to get crushed. I had to cross at the same place so she climbed onto the platform to get out of the way, but she stayed very close to the edge. I think I asked her what was going on and it turned out she had come there to die. I tried to convince her not to but she asked why she shouldn't and I didn't have any good reasons. I have nightmares about trains a lot (nine months ago i had my own suicide attempt which was traumatising), but this dream i ghad last nigh is bothering me a lot. I didnt have any reasons why she should live and i couldnt save her so i had to watch her die.
This dream may reflect your subconscious fears and concerns regarding your own traumatic experience with suicidal thoughts. The girl in the dream may represent a part of yourself that struggles with depression and feelings of hopelessness. Your inability to convince her not to take her life may indicate feelings of powerlessness and guilt that you may have regarding your own past struggles with suicide. This dream may be a signal that you need to seek support and help in dealing with these difficult emotions. It may also be helpful to remind yourself that there are always reasons to live, even if they are not immediately apparent. Consider reaching out to a therapist or support group to help you process these emotions in a safe and constructive way.
